Watch Mike's Mic volume 14, the budget betrayal.  Mike explains the budget compromise, which is a rotten deal for Texans, especially women and children. Education takes a 14% cut and healthcare takes a 28% cut. The only way to fix this betrayal is to elect different decision makers for next time.
